moroccan chicken and rice


Made this from Cheap Healthy Good. Edits are in bold and strikeout.

1 cup orzo, uncookedjasmati rice
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon turmeric or 1/2 teaspoon saffron threads
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 large clove garlic, minced
14-16 ounces chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces (1" or smaller)Used chicken thighs instead
2 teaspoons vegetable or olive oil
1-1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup low-sodium chicken brothveggie bouillon
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
