Citrus Marinated Pork Chop

4 pork chops
1/4 cup orange juice
juice and zest of one lemon
1 tbsp cf chipotle hot sauce
some minced fresh parsley
1 tsp of garlic and onion powder
1 tsp of salt and pepper
dash of coriander

1. Mix ingredients together
2. Marinate chops overnight (I trim the fat at this point)
3. Grill over high heat on each side for 10-15 mins depending on thickness
4. Let the meat rest for 5 mins
5. Enjoy
