miso soup and udon

I was feeling ill earlier this week and decided to make soup as comfort food. I started with tofu...


cut it up...


chopped up some green onions...


made some udon...


ripped the stems off some spinach leaves...


and threw it all into a pot of water with half a packet of miso soup mix.


I threw some soy sauce in at the end. Voila!
