miso soup and soba
I had some miso soup packet, spinach, scallions, tofu left over from my miso soup + udon adventures, so I decided to do it again. I added a veggie bouillon cube to the miso soup along with meatballs frozen from one of my "football spaghetti sauce" days (it takes about one game to do the sauce and simmer meatballs in it) and used soba instead of udon. It was much, much better than the miso soup + udon!
